If you know where the Dharam Market is in Krishan Vihar, we’re right near there at H-31. It’s across from the Sultan Puri police station, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re looking. Being Kajaria Ceramics Ltd in this part of Delhi means we see a lot of local builders and families trying to fix up their places. It’s a small operation here. We don’t have a massive marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the tiles. Some of the stuff we have is quite heavy, so the guys have to be careful when moving things around the narrow aisles. The shop gets a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where the different patterns are kept. We talk to neighbors and customers just like regular people. No corporate talk or rehearsed lines. If we don’t have something, we just say so. It’s easier that way. The neighborhood is always noisy with traffic and people going about their business. We’ve become a part of that daily rhythm. It’s a lot of lifting and counting and checking receipts. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide the ceramics that people in this area need for their homes. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
