Our location at D-6 in Kamla Nagar is right near the Rana Partap Bagh area. It’s a busy part of the city, especially being so close to GT Karnal Road. You can always hear the trucks and cars passing by at all hours. We have been working with tapes for a long time. It is a simple business in some ways, but there is always a lot to manage. The warehouse is usually full of rolls and boxes stacked up to the ceiling. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we have a system for moving things around. We aren't really the type of place that has a big shiny showroom. Most of our work happens in the back where the cutting and packing takes place. The staff here has been around for a bit, so they know the inventory by heart. If you walk in, you’ll see people busy with tape dispensers and packing crates. It’s a lot of manual work and standing on your feet. We don’t spend much time on fancy letters or meetings. We just look at the orders and try to get them out the door as fast as we can. It’s a bit noisy and there is always the smell of adhesive in the air, but we are used to it by now. It is just our daily life here in this part of Delhi. We just get on with things.
