We are located at B-25, Derawal Nagar, right in the Model Town area of Delhi. This is where Jaiprakash Associates Limited operates from. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, and the 110007 area has been good to us over the years. Our office is set up in a way that’s mostly about being useful. We have desks, chairs, and plenty of files, but no fancy decorations or expensive art on the walls. We think it’s better that way. It keeps us focused on the tasks we have for the day. Being in Model Town means there’s always something happening nearby, but inside our doors, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We handle a variety of things here, mostly administrative and logistical work that keeps the company going. It’s a tight-knit group of people working here. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing too much; everyone just chips in where they can. If you ever find yourself in Derawal Nagar, you’ll see our place is just a normal building. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Delhi, but we’ve managed to stick around by just being consistent. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just show up every morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home when it’s finished. It's just a regular business day for us.
