Jainsons Emporio

Jainsons Emporio is on the first floor of the Jainsons building in Bhagirath Palace. We are right opposite the fountain in Chandni Chowk, not far from Sis Ganj Gurudwara. If you know Old Delhi, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes can get, but there is a lot of life here. Our shop is up one flight of stairs. It’s a historic area, and being near the Gurudwara means there’s always a sense of community and a lot of people around. We’ve been in this part of town for a long time now. The building itself has that old character that you only find in this part of Delhi. Inside, we just keep things moving. We deal with the daily rush of customers and deliveries that come through. It can be a bit chaotic outside with the rickshaws and the crowds, but once you’re inside the shop, it’s a bit more manageable for everyone. We don't use any fancy sales talk or marketing scripts. We just show people what we have and answer their questions as honestly as we can. Most of our regulars have been coming to us for years. They know exactly where we are, right by the fountain. It’s a simple business run by people who know the local market well. Chandni Chowk is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the noise, but it is our home.
