Jain Plastic Works

Our workshop is tucked into 9090, Gali Zamir Wali in Nawab Ganj. This is right in the heart of Azad Market. If you have ever been to this market, you know it is a maze of tiny lanes and thousands of shops. Our place is tucked away in one of those narrow galis. It’s a busy and noisy spot. We deal with all sorts of plastic items here. The building is quite old and has a lot of character, even if the walls are a bit stained. There is always the smell of plastic and packing tape in the air. We don't have a shiny sign or a window display. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years and know exactly where to find us. The morning starts with us moving things around so we have space to work. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying. We have a small corner with a desk where we keep our books. The neighborhood is full of other workers and shopkeepers, and we all know each other. We don't use any fancy marketing. We just do our work and talk to the people who stop by. It’s a family-run kind of place where things are kept simple. It can get very hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and keep working.
