We've been at House No. 181 in Pocket B/8 for a while now. Most people around Sector-5 in Rohini know where we are. It’s just a regular office setup where we handle the building work and paperwork. My name is Jack and I run things here with a small crew. We mostly deal with local construction projects around New Delhi. It gets busy during the day with people coming in to talk about plans or check on materials. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the job done. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with blueprints all over the table, but that’s how it goes in this business. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. People just drop by when they need something fixed or built. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone calls about a site in Rohini, we usually just head over there. It’s easier that way than trying to explain everything over the phone. We've got a couple of trucks that stay parked nearby. Dealing with the heat in Delhi is probably the hardest part of the job, especially in the summer. But we manage to keep moving. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the neighborhood. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way. It’s a decent living and we like being part of the local community here.
