Our shop, Industrial & Garage Equipments Company, is right in the middle of the Kashmere Gate area. Specifically, we are at 459 / 1 on Hamilton Road, inside the Ahuja Motor Market near Zeenat Bari. If you know Kashmere Gate, you know it is one of the most crowded places for motor parts in the city. The lanes are narrow, and there is a lot of loading and unloading going on all day long. Our space is filled with heavy tools, jacks, and various pieces of machinery used in garages. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the crates and metal parts. We don't have fancy displays; everything is just stacked where it fits. The air usually smells like metal and cardboard. We deal with a lot of mechanics and workshop owners who come in looking for specific parts. It’s a fast-paced environment, and you have to be quick on your feet. Hamilton Road is always full of people pushing carts and trucks trying to get through. We have been here long enough to know most of the other shopkeepers around. It is a tough place to work because of the heat and the crowds, but it is where the business is. We just focus on keeping track of our inventory and making sure we have what people are looking for. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place.
