Our spot is at B-1 Reids Line, right near the University of Delhi. It’s an interesting place to be because there are always students and people moving around. We’ve been handling industrial products for quite a while now. It’s not the most glamorous business, but it’s what we know. The office is usually stacked with catalogs and samples. It can get a bit crowded when a shipment comes in. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just answer the phone and help people find what they need for their factories or shops. Being in the 110007 zip code means we are pretty central. It’s convenient for getting things delivered or sent out. We have a small team here. We all know each other well and we don't bother with much hierarchy. If something needs to be moved or packed, we all jump in. That is how it has always been. We like being part of the Delhi landscape. It’s busy, loud, and sometimes a bit chaotic, but it keeps us on our toes. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. No need for anything more complicated than that.
