Homoeo Clinic

Our clinic is located in Usha Chambers, specifically at F7 on the first floor. If you know where Deep Cinema is in Ashok Vihar, we are just tucked behind it. It’s a well-known spot in the 110052 area, so most rickshaw drivers know the way. Being on the first floor means it’s usually a bit quieter than the noisy street level, which is nice for consultations. We focus on homeopathy here. The shelves are packed with those little glass bottles and white pills. It’s a small space, but we’ve tried to make it comfortable enough for people to sit while they wait their turn. Ashok Vihar is a pleasant neighborhood, and we’ve been part of the community for quite a while. Patients often come in after they've finished their shopping nearby. We don't have a lot of staff, usually just one or two of us handling the desk and the patients. The paperwork can pile up on the old desk sometimes. It’s a very manual process, writing down symptoms and looking through our reference books. Homeopathy takes a bit of time, so we end up talking to people for a while to understand what's wrong. It’s not like those giant hospitals where you feel like just another number. We get to know the families around here quite well. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so people just take the stairs. It’s just a regular office where we try to help folks out.
