This Hafele India office is located at E-8 in the Rose Apartments in Rohini. If you know the Sector-14 Extension area, we are fairly easy to find once you get inside the gate. It is a residential building, so it has a much more relaxed vibe than the big office parks you see in other parts of Delhi. We spend our days looking at hardware orders and talking to people about hinges and kitchen handles. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. The space can get a little tight when a lot of boxes arrive at once, and we often have to stack things in the corners. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get through our tasks and make sure people get what they ordered. Most of us have worked here for a while, so we know how everything runs. We drink way too much tea during the winter months to stay warm. The office isn't very polished, and the furniture has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like being in Rohini because it feels like a real part of the city. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs every day without making a big fuss about it.
