Hafele India Pvt. Ltd

We have been operating from E 8 in the Rose Apartments complex for some time now. This part of Rohini, specifically Sector 14 Extension, is mostly houses and families, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We handle things for Hafele India from this office. It’s a basic setup with some desks and a lot of catalogs for hardware and kitchen stuff. People usually come here when they need specific parts for their homes. The office can get a bit cluttered when we have new samples lying around, but we try to stay on top of it. Our team is small, just a few of us answering phones and sorting through orders. The traffic in Delhi can be a real headache, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early in the day. There is a small tea shop just around the corner where we usually take our breaks. It’s a good way to clear our heads. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just the daily work of keeping track of stock and helping out customers who walk in. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we like. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we just take the stairs instead. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate slogans on the walls. It is just a place where we come to work and make sure the bills are paid at the end of every month.
