Our office is situated up on the first floor at 3675 in Gali Shahtara, right off the main G.B. Road. If you know this specific part of the city, you already know how packed and busy it gets every single day. Gupta Abrasives Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for quite a while now. We deal with all sorts of abrasive materials and tools that people need for their small shops or larger factories. The stairs leading up to our office are a bit narrow and steep, and it can be a bit of a struggle if you are carrying heavy samples, but we make do. G.B. Road is always a chaotic place with all the hardware trade going on, but it is exactly where the business needs to be. We spend most of our working day talking to various vendors and sorting through different orders that come in. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of staff members, just a small, dedicated group trying to keep the supplies moving to the customers. Sometimes the noise from the trucks on the street below makes it very hard to hear anyone on the telephone, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We do not have a flashy storefront to show off. It is mostly just shelves, old desks, and boxes of stock piled up. We try to keep things as simple as possible. If a customer needs a specific item, we just look for it in the back room or call the storage unit.
