You can find us in Shalimar Bagh, right in Block AD. Our office is located in house number 27, which is quite close to the All Heaven Restaurant. It’s a landmark most people in the area know. We’ve been operating from this house for some time. It’s a bit of a mix between a home and an office. We do property advising and partner with people on various real estate projects. The office itself is pretty straightforward with a couple of rooms filled with files and computers. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. People just come in and we sit down to talk. Being near the restaurant means it gets a bit crowded with cars in the evening, but during the day it’s alright. We spend a lot of time looking at local charts and discussing prices. There’s an old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, but we don't really notice it anymore. We aren't interested in being a big, polished firm. We just like working in Shalimar Bagh and knowing the people here. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, especially when the market is busy. We usually get our tea from a small stall just down the street. It’s a regular routine and we like the familiarity of the neighborhood. We just do our work and try to stay organized.
