If you have ever been to Mori Gate, you know how Ram Bazar is. It is crowded, noisy, and there is always something moving. Our place is at 3198 on the ground floor. It is a bit of a tight squeeze with all the stock we keep, but it works for us. We have been around this part of Delhi for quite a while. We mainly deal with bushes and industrial parts. It is the kind of business where you know your neighbors and you see the same delivery guys every single day. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you. You just walk in and we are there working. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the desks are old, but they do the job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just make sure that when someone needs a part, we can find it in the stacks. Sometimes we lose track of time talking to customers who have been coming to us for twenty years. It is more about the relationships and just keeping the business going through the good and bad months. Ram Bazar has a rhythm to it and we are just one small part of that. It is simple work, really. No need to overcomplicate it.
