Chandni Chowk is a world of its own, and we’re right in the heart of it at Santosh Market. Our place is 938/225, up on the second floor. You have to navigate some narrow stairs to get to us, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. The market is always buzzing with people looking for deals and laborers carrying heavy loads on their backs. It’s a bit overwhelming if you aren’t used to it. Up on the second floor, it’s a little quieter, but you can still hear the shouting from the street below. We’ve got a small space filled with ledgers and samples. I’ve been working here for a long time, and I know every creak in the floorboards. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the other shop owners in the building. It’s a tight-knit community here in Santosh Market. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People come to us because they know we’ve been here for years and we know what we’re doing. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but we just use that time to grab a snack. It’s a messy, loud, and wonderful place to run Goel Agencies. We don't need a lot of space to do what we do. We just keep things moving and stay busy.
