Being down here at Kashmere Gate means things are always moving fast. Globe Autoparts Pvt. Ltd. is situated right at 2789/1, Lothian Road, and being next to the Punjab National Bank makes it easy for folks to find us without getting lost in the crowd. It’s a busy street, full of trucks and people looking for bits and pieces for their vehicles. We have shelves full of parts, and honestly, sometimes it’s hard to keep track of every single thing tucked away in the back rooms. The dust gets on everything because of the traffic outside, but we try to keep it tidy enough so you can see what’s what on the counters. We spend a lot of time talking to mechanics and drivers who need something fixed right away. It’s not a quiet job at all. You hear the horns outside all day and the shouting of the loaders. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighbors are all the same people we’ve seen for years. We eat lunch at our desks most days because someone always walks in right when you open your tiffin box. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that here.
