We've been at Narain Bazar for a long time now. If you know Bhagirath Palace in Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded it gets every single day. Our shop is at No. 47. It is a small space packed with boxes and supplies. Most days we are just busy unloading stuff or helping people find specific medical items they need for their clinics. It is loud outside with all the rickshaws and people shouting, but that’s just how it is here. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just shelves full of things like monitors, surgical tools, and basic hospital gear. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the rain makes the narrow lanes a bit messy, but we keep the doors open. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. People come to us because they know we have been in this spot for years. We just try to keep the stock ready so nobody has to wait too long. It’s not a quiet job. There is always a delivery guy waiting or someone asking about a price. We write down orders in old ledgers and try to keep track of everything. It's just a regular business in a very busy part of Delhi. We stay until the market starts to wind down in the evening. That’s pretty much our daily life here at Gita Hospital Supplies.
