Our business, Getel Telecom Pvt Ltd, is right at 1493 Chandni Chowk. Being near the SBI building makes it a lot easier for people to find us in such a crowded area. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how hectic it can be every single day. There is always something happening right outside our door. We deal with telecom stuff, mostly phones and connectivity equipment. The office isn't very large, but we make it work with what we have. It’s often packed with stock and paperwork. We don't have a polished front desk or a waiting lounge. Most of the time, we are just busy answering calls or checking on orders. It’s a very hands-on environment. Working in this part of Delhi means you have to be quick. We have been here for a good amount of time and have seen the market change quite a bit. The noise from the street is something we don't even notice anymore. It's just part of the day. We are regular people trying to provide telecom solutions without making it too complicated. We don’t use scripts or corporate talk. We just speak plainly about what we have and what we can do. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside the office sometimes, especially when a big shipment arrives, but we manage just fine. That is just how life is in the heart of the city, and we're used to it by now.
