The office is over in Pandav Nagar, specifically in C 21 on the upper ground floor. It's on the western side of the building, which helps keep it a bit cooler during those really hot Delhi summers. We spend a lot of our time moving things around since batteries are pretty heavy and take up a lot of space. It's not a big corporate showroom or anything, just a functional space where we keep our stock and handle the paperwork. Getting things in and out through the narrow lanes can be a bit of a headache sometimes, especially when the delivery trucks arrive at the same time. The floor is concrete and we have some metal racks lining the walls to hold everything. You’ll usually find one or two of us at the back checking the inventory while someone else is at the front desk. We’ve been in this New Delhi neighborhood for a bit now, so we know the local tea seller and the other shop owners pretty well. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep the desk clean. If you walk past the main road and head towards the western side of the block, you will see our entrance. It is just a regular place where work gets done every day without much fuss. We mostly focus on keeping the stock levels right so we don't run out when someone comes in.
