Our hands are usually a bit dirty from handling the stock, and the floor has seen better days, but that’s the nature of the trade. We don't have any fancy displays or a lounge for customers to wait in. They just come to the counter, tell us what they need, and we go find it in the back. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We just stay focused on the parts and the people who need them every day.
