We are based in Rohini Sector 13, specifically at C1/002. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, and we mostly work by appointment. If you come by, you’ll see we have a small setup for fixing printers and dealing with security gadgets. We didn’t want a big shop on the main road because most of our work is done on-site anyway or requires us to focus without people walking in every five minutes. The "Printer Appointment" part of our address is there because we really do need people to schedule a time before they drop off their machines. It's just two of us here most days. We spend a lot of time taking things apart and putting them back together. The room is usually full of spare parts and tools. We aren't trying to be a giant tech firm, just a reliable place in Rohini where you can get your security system sorted or your printer unjammed. Sometimes the work takes longer than we thought, so we end up staying late into the evening. Sector 13 is a decent place to be, and we’ve made a few friends among the other small business owners nearby. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't have fancy uniforms, just some old shirts that we don't mind getting ink or grease on while we work. If the door is locked, we are probably out on a call fixing a camera somewhere.
