You can find us over in Rohini, specifically in Sector 16 at D-1/142. It’s a standard residential and commercial mix area, which is perfect for what we do at Futuristic Properties. We spend a lot of our time looking at floor plans and driving around to different sites. Rohini is a huge place, so being centrally located in Sector 16 helps us stay on top of things. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we meet clients and sort through property documents. We have a few desks and a lot of maps on the wall. The traffic around here can be a bit much during rush hour, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be some massive real estate firm with billboards everywhere. We just know this specific part of Delhi very well. Most of the people who walk in are looking for something local, and we happen to live and work right here too. It’s nice being part of the community. We see the same faces at the local shops every day. Sometimes we’re out in the heat all afternoon checking on plots, and other days we’re stuck inside doing the boring legal stuff. It’s a mix. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find a place or sell one they already have. It is a busy life but we enjoy it.
