You can find us in Village Pana Paposian in North West Delhi, right near the local chopal. We are in House No. 1338 on the first floor. Being near the chopal means there is always something happening outside, with the elders sitting around and kids running back and forth. It’s a very traditional kind of neighborhood, and we like it that way. Our office is basically just a room in a house where we keep all our gear and paperwork. We spend a lot of time thinking about sports and how to get kids more involved in playing instead of just sitting around. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask what we are up to, and we end up talking for an hour over some chai. We don't have a fancy website team or people in suits running things. It’s mostly just us trying to keep the equipment clean and organizing local matches when we can. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we are carrying boxes. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't make big promises to anyone; we just try to provide a bit of support to the local youth and keep things moving. It feels more like a family project than a business, which suits the village vibe around here. We just do our bit and hope it helps someone. It stays busy.
