Focus Executive Search

We have been operating out of this spot at 87/3 in the Railway Colony for quite some time now. Being near Kishan Ganj and Sarai Rohilla means there is always something going on outside, usually the sound of the trains or people moving about. Our day usually starts with a stack of files and a lot of tea while we go through candidate profiles. We are an executive search firm, which basically means we spend our hours trying to find the right people for specific jobs that companies are struggling to fill. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking backgrounds. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Most of the people we work with are looking for senior roles, so we have to be pretty thorough. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes, trying to see if someone’s experience actually fits what a company is asking for. We stay pretty quiet over here in this part of Delhi. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that; it’s mostly just us handling the research and making the calls. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just get back to it when we can. It’s steady work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the colony life around here. It isn't a flashy life, but it keeps us busy.
