We operate Finance & Outsourcing out of 19/250 in Shivalik, right on Panchsheel Road in Malviya Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area but there’s plenty of business going on. Our office is where we handle the numbers and the back-end tasks for other people. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and calculators. We aren't the kind of place with a big sign and flashing lights. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the neighborhood. We keep things pretty low-key. The space is filled with books and ledgers. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we have a routine down. Usually, one of us is on the phone while the others are typing away. It's quiet work but it keeps us busy. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just do the accounting and the outsourcing work that people don't want to do themselves. It’s practical and it keeps the bills paid. We like being in Malviya Nagar because it’s central and we can grab a quick bite nearby. It's a simple operation. We show up, do the work, and help out the clients who’ve been with us for years. Sometimes the computers act up and we have to wait for the IT guy, but mostly it's smooth sailing. We keep our coffee mugs full and our heads down. It’s a decent way to spend the day and we feel good about helping people keep their finances in order without any fuss.
