You can find us at B 3 / 102 in Sector 16 of Rohini. We've been operating out of this part of Delhi for a while. The Big Apple name is what most people know us by. It's a busy area and the retail side of things keeps us on our feet. The shop or office is pretty basic. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on getting the retail services done correctly. Sector 16 is a good location, plenty of people around all the time. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the local traffic, but we've gotten used to it. The team here is small. We handle the daily customers and the inventory without much fuss. Delhi summers are tough, so we keep the AC running when we can. Our space is filled with the usual stuff you'd expect in a retail service office. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us through word of mouth. It's an honest living. We open up in the morning, do the work, and close up in the evening. There's no corporate script here. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. It works out fine for us and the people who come to see us in Rohini. We aren't trying to be anything more than a local service. That's really all there is to our story.
