Our place is located at B-439 in the Delhi Administration Flats over in Timarpur. It’s a busy part of Delhi, but we’ve made a nice little home for our work here. We aren't a high-rise office with elevators and security guards. It’s more of a walk-up situation. We’ve been at this spot for a while and the locals are used to seeing us coming and going. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have our desks pushed together and there’s usually a lot of chatter going on. We don’t really do formal meetings. If we need to talk about something, we just shout across the room or talk over lunch. It’s a very practical way to get things moving. Timarpur has a lot of history, and you can feel that in the buildings. Our walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the street life, but it keeps us connected to what's happening outside. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just do our work, talk to the people who come by, and try to keep things simple. Sometimes the electricity flickers, or the internet goes slow, but we just deal with it and keep going. That’s just life in this part of town. We like being part of the fabric here. It’s a real place with real problems and we just fit right in. There is no corporate manual for how we handle things.
