We’ve been over here at Kashmere Gate for a long time now. If you know the Firestone Building on Nicholson Road, that’s where you’ll find us, up on the first floor at 3432/3. It’s a busy spot, always lots of people moving around and trucks trying to navigate the narrow lanes. Engpar Sales Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us doing our daily work with parts and sales. Most days are loud and hectic because that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we usually warn people before they come up for the first time. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking stock in the back. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a place where things actually get done. We’ve got stacks of ledgers and parts catalogs everywhere. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep going. People know us around here because we’ve been in this specific spot for years. We don't really do much advertising; most folks just walk in because they saw our sign or someone told them we have what they need. It’s a bit dusty because of the road traffic outside, but we try to keep the desk clean enough to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just trying to get the orders right and out the door on time.
