Eldeco

We are based out of Rohini in Delhi. If you know the area, Sector 9 is a busy part of the city. Our spot is at Gayatri Apartment, specifically 41-Bd. It’s an apartment building where we handle the Eldeco business. Delhi life is fast and there is always something going on outside on the streets. We spend a lot of time at this desk going over property papers and talking to people about where they want to live. Being in Sector-9 means there are plenty of shops and other offices nearby. 110085 is the pin code if you are sending mail. Gayatri Apartment is pretty easy to spot. We aren't a huge corporate office with glass walls; it's more of a regular setup inside the building. Sometimes the lift is slow, and the parking can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it is in this part of Rohini. We’ve been at 41-Bd for a while now. Most people who come to see us are looking for a place to stay or an investment. We sit down, have some tea, and look at the plans. It’s just us doing our job every day. The office feels lived-in. There are stacks of files and the phone rings quite a bit. It’s a decent place to work from. We’ve got a small balcony too, though it’s mostly just for getting a bit of air between meetings.
