Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to use the stairs, which is quite a workout if we are carrying heavy boxes. It is just a regular local business. We aren't interested in sounding fancy or using big words to describe what we do. We just work out of our flat in Rohini and try to get the orders out on time every day.
