Our clinic is over in Model Town, specifically at D-13a/31, right near the Aggarwal Dharmshala. Most locals use the Dharmshala as the main point of reference when they are trying to find us. Model Town is a well-known area and we have been a part of it for some time now. The clinic is a simple setup where we see patients for various health concerns throughout the week. It is not a very big facility, but it is comfortable enough for those who come in for their appointments. Being near the Dharmshala means there is always some activity nearby, and the street is usually quite busy. We see a lot of people from the surrounding blocks who have been coming to us for years. The way we work is pretty straightforward—you come in, sign in, and wait for your turn. We do not have any elaborate reception areas or anything corporate like that. It is just a plain, functional medical office. The staff is small and we try to keep a friendly vibe so people do not feel too nervous about their visits. Sometimes the schedule gets backed up if a complicated case comes in, but we try to keep everyone updated. It is a very local practice and we like the fact that we know our neighbors.
