D.R International

Our place is located at 1510/11, on the first floor of Premises No 24. It’s inside the Shiv Ashram building on S P Mukherjee Marg. If you know the area, it’s quite a busy stretch of road with a lot of movement. We’ve been operating D.R International from this upstairs spot for a while now. The stairs can be a bit steep when you’re carrying boxes, but we’re used to it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, samples, and a lot of paperwork. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking through shipments. It’s not the most modern space, but it works for what we do. The light coming through the windows in the afternoon is actually pretty nice. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly coordinating between people. It’s mostly quiet except for the sound of the traffic outside on Mukherjee Marg. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the stacks of files get a bit high. There’s usually three or four of us in the office during the day. We don’t really do anything flashy. It’s just about getting the orders sorted and making sure everything is headed to the right destination. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. It’s a decent place to work and we know the neighbors well.
