Dlf Laing O'Rourke

We are on the ground floor at I-3/137, Sector-16 in Rohini, Delhi. This part of North Delhi is always bustling, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people passing by our windows. Dlf Laing O'Rourke uses this space as a central point for our local activities. The office is pretty simple, with some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We have a lot of files stacked up because there is always so much documentation to handle in this line of work. The Delhi weather keeps us on our toes, especially during the dust storms or the heavy monsoon rains. We have a small area where we keep our site gear, like helmets and safety vests, right near the back door. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy art on the walls or expensive rugs. It’s a working environment meant for getting things done. We get our tea from a local guy who comes around on a cycle. It’s a straightforward way of working, and we like the convenience of being in Sector-16. The metro isn't too far away, which makes it easier for some of the staff to get here through the city traffic. It can be noisy with the traffic outside, but we just shut the door and get on with our lists. There is always someone coming in or out with some new project update.
