We are located on the first floor at 2060/7, Chah Indara. It’s right behind the Jubilee Cinema in the Bhagirath Palace area. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s always packed with people and goods moving every which way. Our shop is a bit tucked away, and the stairs up here can be a bit of a climb if you’re carrying a heavy load. We do trading, which basically means we spend our time talking to suppliers and keeping track of our inventory. It's a lot of boxes. Sometimes the space feels a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we manage to find a spot for everything eventually. We aren't fancy people. We just sit at our desks, handle the paperwork, and talk to the customers who come up to see us. The noise from the market outside is constant, but it becomes like background music after a while. We’ve been here for many years now. My family started this business and we just kept it going. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being in a good spot where people know they can find us. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We have our tea, we do our work, and we head home. That’s about all there is to it.
