Out here in Bawana, things move at their own pace. Dicon Products Pvt Ltd is located at E-282 in Sector 2. It’s a big industrial zone, and we’re just one of the many buildings trying to get work out the door. We make various products here, and the warehouse is usually packed to the ceiling with boxes. It gets pretty dusty, especially when the wind picks up across the industrial area, but that's just part of being in this part of town. We’ve got a crew that shows up every morning, grabs their gear, and starts the production lines. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. There are no suits or long presentations in our building. Mostly, it’s just us talking over the noise of the machines about how to get the next batch finished. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine jamming or a shipment getting delayed by rain, but we just figure it out. It’s not always pretty. Our office is just a corner with some old filing cabinets and a computer that’s seen better days. But it works for us. We’ve built a steady rhythm over the years. We know our neighbors, and they know us. People come to us because they know we’re actually here doing the work ourselves. We aren't some distant company. We’re just right here in this corner of the estate, making sure the orders are ready when they need to be.
