Our branch of Dhl Express India Pvt. Ltd. is located in Sector 11, Rohini, at C - 2 / 12. New Delhi is a big place, but Rohini has its own specific feel. Our office is nestled in among other local businesses and residential blocks. It’s not a huge space, so we have to be quite careful with how we stack the incoming packages. Every morning starts with a lot of movement as the first batch of deliveries is sorted out. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that here; it’s just the people who handle the logistics and make sure the paperwork is correct. The desks are a bit cluttered with scanners and charging cables. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but we manage. We’ve got a little window that looks out onto the street, though there isn't much of a view besides the traffic and the occasional street vendor. It’s a very functional environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or free snacks. People come here because they need to send or receive something, and we just help them do that. The local area has some good spots for a quick bite, which is where you’ll find us during the lunch break. We just keep our heads down and work through the daily list of tasks until the shutters go down in the evening.
