Our place is located in Rohini, specifically at H-17/35 in Sector-7. We are up on the second floor. It is a bit of a climb if you have heavy parcels, but we are used to it by now. In this part of Delhi, things move fast. We spend most of our time sorting out packages and getting them ready for the vans. The express side of the business means we are always looking at the clock. It's not a quiet office; there is always the sound of tape dispensers and people talking on the phone. We’ve been at this Sector-7 spot for quite some time. The neighborhood knows us as the guys who handle the yellow and red shipments. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we have a big batch of labels to do, but we manage. We aren't those corporate types who talk in buzzwords. We just want to get the parcels from point A to point B without a fuss. Delhi traffic is what it is, so we plan around it. Most days start with a big stack of deliveries and end with a big stack of pickups. It’s repetitive but it keeps us busy. If you need to drop something off, just head up to the second floor. We usually have some water or tea if you have to wait a minute while we scan things. We try to keep the place organized despite all the boxes everywhere.
