Development Alternatives

We have another spot for Development Alternatives over at the MCD Officer’s Flat on Rajpur Road. This one is unit Q.N.-E4/B, flat number 14. Rajpur Road is a bit different from other parts of Delhi; it has a lot of trees and feels a bit more open. Being in an officer's flat gives the office a very specific, official sort of atmosphere, but it’s still quite basic inside. We have desks set up in the different rooms and a lot of shelf space for our files. The pin code here is 110054. It’s a quiet area for the most part, which is good when we need to concentrate on our development projects. We don’t do any fancy advertising or have a big sales team. It’s mostly just us doing research and planning out the alternatives we are working on. People who visit usually comment on how different it feels compared to a regular commercial building. There is no lobby or security desk at the front, just the usual entrance to the flats. We’ve been operating from this Rajpur Road location for a bit, and it suits the way we work. It’s practical and doesn’t have any of that corporate gloss. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It’s a simple, honest environment for a local team. We keep the kettle on for when we need a break.
