Dar Ul Shifa Clinic is tucked away near Shah Ganj Chowk, on Mirza Ali Ahmed Marg. If you know Chawri Bazar, you know how crowded it gets around here. We’re quite close to the Chawri Bazar Metro Station, which makes it easier for people to reach us without having to drive through those narrow lanes and heavy traffic. The clinic is in an old part of the city, so the building has that classic look with thick walls and high ceilings. It’s always noisy outside with the rickshaws and people shouting, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter for the patients. We’ve been here for years, and the space is quite small, but we use every inch of it efficiently. There are medicines stacked on shelves and a small desk where we take down names. It’s a busy spot, and we see a lot of people every single day from all over. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to rely on the natural light from the doorway to see what we're doing. We don’t have any fancy signs, just the name on the door that people have come to recognize over time. It’s a humble setup, but it’s part of the fabric of this neighborhood. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they often send people our way when they look unwell. It’s just how things work in this part of Delhi.
