Crystal Enterprises

Our business is located in the heart of Old Delhi, at 2278 Qasimjan Street in Chawri Bazar. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how incredibly crowded and busy it is. There are carts, people, and rickshaws everywhere. Crystal Enterprises is right in the thick of it. Our shop is old, like most of the buildings around here, and it has a lot of character. We don't have air conditioning or modern decor. We just have shelves full of stock and a small counter where we talk to people. Chawri Bazar is famous for its markets, and we are just one small part of that history. We handle a lot of wholesale stuff, so there are always boxes being moved in and out. It can get very loud and dusty, but we are used to it by now. We don't really do fancy meetings. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the shop and we talk over the counter. We’ve been here for many years, and the business has been passed down a bit. We know the other shopkeepers on Qasimjan Street well. It is a community where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't spend money on ads. We just try to be fair and keep things moving. It’s a hard way to work sometimes, but it’s the only way we know. We close up when the sun goes down and start again early the next morning.
