Craft India Appliances

We are tucked away in Rohini, Sector-16, specifically at A-3/59. It’s a residential-style building but we’ve converted the space to handle all our appliance work. When you walk in, you’ll mostly see boxes of parts and various machines waiting to be looked at. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is usually pretty quiet, which is nice compared to the bigger markets. We started Craft India Appliances because we knew how to fix things and it just grew from there. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or working with our hands. We have a small area in the back where we do the heavy lifting and testing. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving big units in and out, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy showroom; we just show people what we have in stock right there on the floor. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. Sometimes the power goes out in this sector, and we have to sit around and wait, which gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We’ve been here long enough that most people around Rohini know to just drop by if they need something. We don't use big words or complicated processes, we just get the work done and move on to the next task. It keeps us busy and the day goes by fast.
