Chopra Motor Sales

Chopra Motor Sales is over at Kashmere Gate in Panja Sharif Gali, shop number 1/453. It’s a bit dusty here today because of the construction nearby. People find the shop okay once they know which turns to take in the lane. We have been working with motors and parts for a long time now. It is mostly just us sitting here among the brown boxes and metal pieces. Sometimes the delivery guys are a bit late and we have to wait around drinking cold water or talking to the neighbors. The street is narrow so parking a vehicle is always a big mess. That’s just how Kashmere Gate is for everyone. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are and they come by. We have some old wooden desks and a calendar on the wall that hasn't been changed in a few weeks. It doesn't really matter much to us. The work gets done anyway. Most of the day is spent looking for specific bolts or checking what we have in stock. It is very quiet in the mornings before the main market opens up properly. Then it gets loud with all the horns and people shouting. We like it here because it is familiar to us. My brother helps out sometimes when things get a bit too much for one person to handle. We have seen a lot of shops come and go but we stay here. It is a simple life for us.
