You can find us in Jahangirpuri, specifically at House No. 1188. We're up on the second floor in Block B. If you see the Mother Dairy nearby, you're in the right spot. It’s a landmark everyone knows around here. Center For Environmental Development Foundation is the name we use for official things. We mostly focus on local stuff. The air and the surroundings here in North Delhi could always use some looking after. Our office is pretty lived-in. There are plants on the balcony, though some of them look better than others because we forget to water them. It's not a shiny corporate space. We have old wooden desks and some chairs that creak when you sit down. Most days it’s just a couple of us making phone calls or planning out what to do next. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially being on the second floor. We don't have any big marketing team or anything. Just us. We started this because we live here and care about the neighborhood. Sometimes things move slowly, and that can be frustrating. We don't always have the answers right away. People come by to talk about the trees or the trash on the streets. We listen and see what’s possible. It’s a slow process. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just our little corner of it. It takes time and we just do what we can each day to keep things moving.
