Our place, Cartex Auto Systems Pvt Ltd, is located near Ajmeri Gate in the Village Dhakka area. It’s a bit of an industrial setting, which suits the kind of work we do with auto systems. We spend a lot of time around machinery and car parts. The floor is usually a bit greasy, and there’s always some noise from the tools we use. We aren't a big, shiny corporation with a lobby. It’s a functional space where we get our hands dirty. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years. We just focus on the technical side of things and making sure the systems we work on are actually functioning. We don't bother with fancy brochures or polished presentations. If someone comes in, we just talk about what needs fixing or assembling. The neighborhood is full of similar businesses, so we’re right at home here. We open up early and usually stay late to finish whatever job is on the bench. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve been at this Ajmeri Gate location for quite a while now. It’s not always pretty, but the work is solid and we know what we’re doing. We just take things one engine or system at a time and try to stay busy throughout the day. There is always something that needs to be bolted down or tested out.
