Built N Fit

Built N Fit is located at A 1/7 in Prashant Vihar, Delhi. We are tucked away in a spot that is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. It is basically a local gym for the people living in the blocks around us. We don't have a massive space, but we have managed to fit in all the essential gear you need for a proper workout. There are plenty of free weights, a few benches, and some racks for squats. We also have a couple of treadmills for those who want to do cardio. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, but it gives the place a real old-school feel. Most of the people who come here are regulars who have been with us for a while. We don't go in for fancy decor or luxury locker rooms. It is just a place to sweat and get stronger. The air conditioning works okay, but on really hot Delhi days, it can still get a bit warm inside. We like it that way because it feels like you're actually working. One of us is usually around the desk to help out or just say hello. We don't have those aggressive sales people you see in the big chains. It is just a simple, honest gym for the local community.
