Bothra Metals & Alloys Ltd. is located in Shalimar Bagh. You can find us at Building Number 98 in the Singalpur Market area. The Pitampura TV Tower is right nearby and you can see it clearly from our front door. Even though the name says "Limited," we are still a very hands-on local operation. We deal with all sorts of metal sheets and alloys. The yard is usually full of aluminum and brass stacks. It gets very dusty and the smell of metal is everywhere. We have a big weighing scale that we use all day long. The office is just a small room upstairs with a view of the market. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking to the regular customers who have been coming here for decades. We know most of them by their first names and we know what their businesses need. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy corporate office. We just track the metal prices and do our work. The floors are always a bit dirty from the boots and the metal dust but that’s part of the job. It’s a busy market and we are right in the thick of it. We close up in the evening when the rest of the Singalpur shops start to dim their lights. It’s a good, steady life.
