You can find us at Bhagirath Palace, specifically at 1520/19 A. If you’ve ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know how intense it can get. The lanes are narrow, the crowds are thick, and there’s always someone shouting or a cart moving past. We’ve been in this spot for years, tucked away among all the other shops. It’s a busy place to run a business, but there’s an energy to it that you won’t find anywhere else. Our shop is filled with various hospital appliances, stacked up on shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. It’s not a polished showroom with bright lights. It’s a working shop where we know where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. The air is always filled with the smell of street food and old paper. We spend our days helping people find the right parts or equipment they need. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and checking inventory. We don't have a website with fancy graphics; we just talk to our customers face-to-face. Sometimes it gets incredibly hot in the summer, and we just have the one old fan blowing air around, but we keep at it. People come to us because they know we’ve been in Chandon Chawk forever. We aren't trying to be a big corporation. We are just a local shop in a historic market, doing our best to keep things moving for our customers every single day without any unnecessary fuss.
