Bluechip Express

We are situated in Sector 11 of New Delhi. Our office is on the first floor, at G-3/70-71. It is a typical Delhi commercial spot, where things are always moving and the noise from the street never really stops. We run Bluechip Express from here. It is mostly about managing the daily flow of parcels and documents. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some wooden desks, a bunch of plastic chairs for visitors, and boxes waiting to be picked up. We don't have a big corporate culture. It is just a group of us trying to keep the delivery schedules on track. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we just open the windows and keep going. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We just take the packages, write out the receipts, and get them on the vans. The traffic in this part of Delhi can be a nightmare, so we have to plan our routes carefully every morning. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the tracking on the computer. It’s a simple, honest business. We know our regular customers by name, and they know where to find us if there is a problem. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just a local courier point doing our daily work. Usually, we are out the door by seven if the last van is on its way out.
