Our branch is located at A-120 in Ahinsa Vihar, which is right in Sector 9 of Rohini. Being in Delhi, especially in a place like Rohini, means there is never a dull moment outside our doors. The office itself is quite simple and mostly filled with the sound of tape dispensers and scanners. We handle a lot of packages every day, and they come in all shapes and sizes, piled up near the entrance before they get sorted. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all have our own way of doing things. It’s not a polished corporate showroom; it’s a working hub. There are marks on the floor from moving heavy crates and the desks are a bit cluttered with pens and staplers. We get a lot of people dropping by to ask about their deliveries, so someone is always standing by the front counter. We try to keep things moving quickly because we know people are waiting for their stuff. During the rainy season, we have to be extra careful about the packages near the door. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just show up, sort the mail, and try to keep everything organized in our little corner of the city.
