Our office is over in the Vardhman Capital Mall, rooms 314 to 316. It’s a bit different being in a mall instead of a big factory, but it works for Bionics Advanced Filtration Systems Pvt Ltd. Shakti Nagar is a pretty central spot, which makes it easy for the staff to get to work. We spend a lot of our time dealing with filters and water systems. There are usually boxes stacked up near the back door because we run out of shelf space pretty quickly. It’s not the quietest office since the mall has its own noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We keep a coffee machine in the corner that’s seen better days, but it gets us through the mornings. People often ask why a filtration company is in a mall, but it’s just where we ended up. We handle a lot of paperwork and technical drawings here. Most of the guys are out on-site during the day, so it’s often just a few of us at the desks. We try to keep things tidy, but when a new shipment comes in, it's a bit of a mess for a few days. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy carpets. It’s just a place where we sit down and solve problems for our customers. Sometimes the elevator in the mall breaks down, and we have to carry filters up the stairs, which is a real workout for everyone.
